No, there is no possibility of a refund for cheap combos.

My combos are obtained from hacked databases. If the database is public, I offer them at a very affordable price. However, if the combos are sourced from private databases, I personally crack the hashes and provide a portion of them for testing purposes to customers. Private combos are scarce and come at a higher price.
